You will speak with the Breadfruit network onboarding AI. It is not a salesperson. It is not a recruiter. It will ask you about your kitchen the way another chef would ask — directly, by name, without pretending to know your work.
At the end you receive a Steward Charter — a written record of what you have committed to. Capacity. Tier ceiling. Teaching cadence. Anything that needs to flex out of the standard covenant. It is the document the network ops team reads before scheduling your steward call.
